چکیده

Fruit size is a major factor determining yield, quality, and consumer acceptability. fw2.2 (fruit weight-2.2) primary quantitative trait locus that was the first to be cloned, accounting for 30% of variation in tomato fruit size. The various homologs (fw2.2-like) have been identified many plants belong large family. To date, there has no report carried out comprehensive identification fw2.2-like members pear. In this study, total 14 genes were pear (Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd) genome designated as PbFWL1-14. All PbFWL unevenly distributed on nine chromosomes, each chromosome contained between one four genes. proteins more than two conserved motifs, intron, same subfamily seemed similar intron gene structure. According neighbor-joining phylogenetic tree, 78 fw2.2/CNR (cell number regulator) from five plant species, including pear, maize, tomato, peach, rice, physalis, could divided into seven subgroups, mainly subgroups 1, 3, 4, 5, 6. Ka/Ks analysis also revealed family may subjected strong purifying selection pressure during its evolution. A cis-element found cis-elements responsive hormones stress discovered promotion regions all PbFWLs. When combining real-time PCR detection results, PbFWL1/2/5 most likely candidate regulating

Genome-wide identification and expression analysis of the CPP-like gene family in soybean.

Cysteine-rich polycomb-like protein (CPP-like) genes are a group of transcription factors with highly conserved cysteine-rich domains and are widely distributed in animals and plants, but do not present in yeast. Previous studies have shown that members of this family play important roles in the development of reproductive tissue and in the control of cell division in plants. In this study, who...

Bioinformatics Genome-Wide Characterization of the WRKY Gene Family in Sorghum bicolor

The WRKY gene family encodes a large group of transcription factors that regulate genes involved in plant response to biotic and abiotic stresses. Sorghum is a notable grain and forage crop in semi-arid regions because of its unusual tolerance against hot and dry environments. We identified a set of 85 WRKY genes in the S. bicolor genome and classified them into three groups (I–III). Among the ...

Genome-Wide Analysis of Homeobox Gene Family in Legumes: Identification, Gene Duplication and Expression Profiling

Homeobox genes encode transcription factors that are known to play a major role in different aspects of plant growth and development. In the present study, we identified homeobox genes belonging to 14 different classes in five legume species, including chickpea, soybean, Medicago, Lotus and pigeonpea. The characteristic differences within homeodomain sequences among various classes of homeobox ...

Genome-Wide Identification and Expression Analysis of the WRKY Gene Family in Cassava

The WRKY family, a large family of transcription factors (TFs) found in higher plants, plays central roles in many aspects of physiological processes and adaption to environment. However, little information is available regarding the WRKY family in cassava (Manihot esculenta). In the present study, 85 WRKY genes were identified from the cassava genome and classified into three groups according ...
